Management Board

CRAFT is governed by its co-Directors Teodor Veres and Axel Guenther, and its Management Board, which includes senior executives from the University of Toronto (UofT) and the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), as well as members from external stakeholder organizations.

CRAFT’s Management Board meets with the Co-Directors twice per year and is responsible for reviewing and approving annual strategic plan, providing guidance on advancing CRAFT’s agenda and achieving its goals, supporting and encouraging specific initiatives, and reviewing CRAFT performance.

Scientific Advisory Board

CRAFT’s Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) consists leaders in academia and health care with expertise relevant to microfluidic devices. It will advise CRAFT co-Directors on the Centre’s strategic direction, selection of CRAFT research projects, alignment of CRAFT plans and activities with its vision and mission, opportunities and challenges that could be addressed by CRAFT expertise, and partnership opportunities in clinical research, industry, government and/or health care delivery.
